Now that you have checked out my list...

it is time to make yours...

Start off by brainstorming and making a list of some things you have always wanted to try or do.  There are books available to give you some ideas.  I have given some book titles and where you can purchase them below.   Think of places you have always wanted to see and visit.  The sky's the limit.  What have you always wanted to learn how to do?  There are all sorts of classes offered.  A few years ago I learned how to knit, then I decided to learn how to crochet.  Have fun with it...try a cooking class...art class...get out of your comfort zone.  Click on the link below to create your very own list:  http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dr34qn2_0gc7ndh

Brainstorm a bit and then fill in some things to do.  After I create a list, I allow myself to go back and adjust my list. Change the document to your correct age, (number a piece of paper #1- whatever age you are or what you are turning).  Start listing your goals in no particular order.  Your list doesn't have to be all hard things, add some simple things that remind you what life is all about.  You can go on a picnic with a loved-one.  You can go fly a kite at the beach.  Take time to smell the roses.  The idea is to enjoy life and feel like you are a part of it.
